In addition to the hardware the software for electronic signing SignDoc of SOFTPRO was integrated in the solution.

The authorities may lower their printing costs and as personal data may be extracted from the machine readable area of the ID card. Citizens sign electronically on the display of one of the signature tablets mentioned above. Scanning of documents is no longer required, the electronic archiving is done by a simple mouse click.

The DESKO SP-500 integrated card reader allows to capture personal data may be extracted from the machine readable area of the ID card and automatically import into OK.VORFAHRT. Users of a civil registration system (like OK.EWO or BayBIS) may benefit from a data import. The user does no longer require to type in details about the holder or is bank account. Where this feature is not required SignPads allow to go paperless in a very cost-effective way.

Excorp specializes in providing services to the Public and Private Sectors in Mexico.    

The partnership with SOFTPRO was initiated in 2004. During SOFTPRO's Signature Days in 2005, Excorp presented the report about its first project which gives a good example of the business and technical expertise of Excorp in signature processing. 

Mexican authorities were seeking a solution for automatic signature verification to prevent fraud in account transfers from one retirement funds administration company to another. At the start of the project, around 35,000 signatures need to be verified per week in very short time slots. This requirement is similar to the requirements in banking (“verifying high volumes of signatures in a short time frame”).   

Excorp supplied the solution for automatic signature verification based on SOFTPRO technology to the private company that concentrates and centralizes the nationwide database of all Mexican workers affiliated to the retirement funds administration companies (or ‘Afores’).

La asociación con SOFTPRO se inició en el año 2004. Durante las Jornadas de Firmas de SOFTPRO en 2005, Excorp presentó el informe sobre su primer proyecto que da un buen ejemplo de la experiencia empresarial y técnica de Excorp en el procesamiento de firmas.  

Las autoridades mexicanas estaban buscando una solución para la verificación automática de firmas para prevenir fraudes en las transferencias de cuentas de una  compañía administrador de fondos de retiro a otra. Al inicio del proyecto, alrededor de 35,000 firmas necesitaban ser verificadas por semana en intervalos de tiempo muy cortos. Este requerimiento es similar a los requerimientos de la banca ("verificación de un gran volumen de firmas en un corto período de tiempo").  

Excorp suministró la solución para la verificación automática de firmas basada en la tecnología de SOFTPRO a la empresa privada que concentra y centraliza la base de datos a nivel nacional de todos los trabajadores mexicanos afiliados a las compañías de administración de fondos de retiro (o 'Afores').
