AIA agents sign on iPads with SOFTPRO SignDoc Mobile

Since October 2011, sales agents of AIA enjoy the benefits of E-Signing on iPad. SignDoc Mobile and SignDoc Web were integrated in AIA’s interactive Point of Sales (iPOS) system.

In 2011 AIA started an expansion plan including the deployment of special sales force to strengthen face-to-face sales business. The initiative includes hiring local sales agents, familiarize them with tablet computers and Skype applications. The goal is to substantially increase the sales of protection insurance products. One of the most important features of this project is E-Signing with the help of SignDoc Mobile from SOFTPRO.

SignDoc Mobile is an extension of SignDoc Web, the E-Signing platform. SignDoc Mobile enables the displaying, filling and signing of documents on tablets on the go.

One of the special features of SignDoc Mobile used by AIA is the option to capture a photograph of the signer with the tablet camera as part of the electronic signature.
