Most tablets and almost all smartphones are camera-powered.

Using these cameras in capturing a time-sensitive image of the person(s) signing the document enhances its trustworthiness and adds another personal touch.

A right mouse click on the signature field opens the context menu of this signature object and allows to trigger the insertion of the photo.

Changes to the document after signing are indicated by a small yellow triangle next to the signature check mark.

Since the complete data and signing history is recorded in the document it is always possible to have a look on the actual contents of the document at the time of signing.

In some workflows it is beneficial to archive or post-process only documents after signatures contained in these documents have been verified successfully.

To execute an automatic signature verification it is necessary to run a repository containing reference data.

SOFTPRO is offering two choices of repositories for signature management: SignArchive - catering for basic needs SignBase - preferred choice if complex signing rules need to be administrated
