Many notebooks and tablets are equipped with built-in cameras and business users are increasing using webcams for video conferences or video calls via Instant Messaging services like Skype etc.

Using these cameras in capturing a time-sensitive image of the person(s) signing the document enhances its trustworthiness and adds another personal touch.

A right mouse click on the signature field opens the context menu of this signature object and allows to trigger the insertion of the photo.

Changes to the document after signing are indicated by a small yellow triangle next to the signature check mark.

Since the complete data and signing history is recorded in the document it is always possible to have a look on the actual contents of the document at the time of signing.
