4. you will not use the Programs for, and will not allow the Programs to be used for, any purposes prohibited by either German or United States law, including, without limitation, for the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons of mass destruction.

SOFTPRO cannot be held responsible for uses which may be illegal in the country of use, and you agree, that the licensed software is not intended or licensed for such purposes.

Your agreement to these conditions does not imply the conclusion of a license agreement. However, in the event of concluding a license agreement with SOFTPRO in the future, these conditions shall become part of such license agreement.
