Rod Vesling

Prior to SOFTPRO, Rod was Senior Vice President and Officer of Interlink’s E-transactions business unit where he developed a reputation as an industry authority relating to esignatures and workflow automation. In addition, Rod has held management positions at both Plasmon (formally LMS, a division of Philips Electronics) and Eastman Kodak Company. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the William E. Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and an Economics degree from St. Lawrence University.

Heinz Reschke

Heinz Reschke founded today's world's leading vendor of systems for capture and verification of handwritten signatures in December 1983. He was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company until the end of 2000 where he retired to the board of directors. During his first period, the company enjoyed exceptional international growth and opened offices in the United States and Singapore.

Between 2001 and 2007 Reschke continued to be a major shareholder of the company however he concentrated on projects "he always wanted to do but never had the time for". Within those years he built a very extensive network in the financial community and had the chance "to see my company from the outside, get the customers' eye on things."

In 2008 Heinz Reschke took over as CEO of SOFTPRO again and has achieved outstanding growth rates for the company which enjoys its most successful year ever in 2011.

Peter Reschke

Peter's career is closely linked to make SOFTPRO a true global player. Thanks to his very extensive connection network he helped SOFTPRO to build a strong network of distribution partners in more than 20 countries in the world.

Peter is believing very much that reliable and well trained partners help SOFTPRO tremendously to increase SOFTPRO’s market share. Consequently his aim was and is to intensify existing partnerships and broadening SOFTPRO's partner base in a sustainable manner.

Companies intending to include E-Signing and/or Signature Verification capabilities into their portfolio are welcome to contact Peter Reschke to discuss a potential WinWin when collaborating. Whilst Peter's focus is on generating new partnerships, he still is personally in charge of a large number of several key accounts throughout the world.

Alain Sarraf

Mr Sarraf joined SOFTPRO in 2003. In his previous role with the company as Executive Vice President Product Management and Marketing Sarraf was key to shaping SOFTPRO's successful product strategy and positioning the company as a world market leader in both the automated verification and electronic contract processes markets.

In addition to shaping the SignPlus product suite (branded as FraudOne in the United States), Mr. Sarraf was instrumental in creating the American SOFTPRO User Group that is acknowledged as an important industry forum for exchanging ideas about fraud detection and includes members from the world's leading banks such as American Express, Bank of America, Chase Heloc, Citigroup, KeyBank, Wachovia.

Sarraf holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He began his career with Nortel Networks and has previously worked for other large multi-national companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies.
