The
SignCheck main module focuses on item processing, visual and automatic
verification, and also fraud detection needs. Based
on reference information and images provided by the SignBase repository module,
SignCheck handles payment form verification in various process options both in
batch and online mode with amazing scalability.
The
module's components provide a framework for the clearing of cheque
(images). It is using both visual and automatic verification steps within a
workflow based on business rules and/or fraud rules. Both set-ups can be defined by a bank's item processing or fraud management by means of a GUI editor controlling the work of both workflow and risk scoring engine. Visual
verification features focus on providing an item review client for simple
visual signature verification up to fraud analyst workplaces. Automatic
verification features focus on signature and mandates verification, data
validation, and provide plug-in places for various third party image analysis engines.
