SignBase - High-performance in centralized Reference Management

The SignPlus main module for signature and signing-rights information management is a convenient and high-performance repository for all types of signer data and images.

With a unique collection of features, the SignBase Main Module provides for an optimized central repository for any type of banks' signature needs. There are various visual verification and inquiry capabilities via web based and fat client modules. A flexible data model in combination with core banking interfaces for synchronizing to other core banking databases allow for smooth integration into a specific bank's domain model world. For easy maintenance there are tools for document workflow integration as well as for harvesting signatures and other references from payment forms or any similarly standardised documents.
The SignBase main module provides the functionality to create and maintain a signature reference database containing cleaned and single signatures together with signer mandates and account/customer and signer data. Additionally, other reference information necessary for identification of signatories or validation of cheques can be stored in SignBase to support the corresponding banking transactions (e.g. scanned ID cards, KYC documents, fingerprints, etc.).

SignBase acts as the basis for other main and sub-modules of SignPlus, which rely on a clean reference database as well as detailed signing rules for automatic processing. It also can be utilised for simple signature verification enabling the synchronised queuing of account information corresponding to the sequence of a physical stack of cheques ("Physical Verification").

It is the backbone of item processing with SignCheck, where high-performance access to reference information is crucial for high throughput processing.
